Business & Technology Audit
The normal entry point for an engagement, and a paid engagement in its own right. We don't treat it as a free sales exercise.
The Entry Engagement
What's Included
- Strategic goals and current growth constraints
- Major business processes and hand-offs
- Existing applications, spreadsheets, integrations, and infrastructure
- Data quality, reporting, ownership, and accessibility
- Recurring errors, delays, rework, and manual dependencies
- Software licensing and vendor dependencies
- Security, access, backup, and continuity risks
- User adoption and training gaps
- Opportunities to increase sales, reduce cost, improve speed, or strengthen control
When to Use This
Whenever you're not yet sure what the real problem is, before you've decided to replace an ERP, add a new location, or invest in automation. The audit produces a prioritized 90-day plan and 12-month roadmap, so every later decision is based on evidence, not a vendor's pitch.
Usually initiated by: Owner, CEO, Managing Director, or COO
Questions About This Service
How long does the audit take?
Usually a few weeks, depending on how many locations, systems, and processes are in scope. It's a planning range, not a fixed promise.
What do we actually get at the end?
A current-state process and systems map, a prioritized opportunity register, a risk register, a 90-day action plan, and a 12-month roadmap, presented to your leadership team.
Do we have to continue with Technopers after the audit?
No. The audit is a standalone engagement with its own scope and fee. You can act on the findings with your own team, another vendor, or with us.
