Technology that grows your business. Not more software to manage.

You're growing faster than your systems can keep up, and it shows: less visibility, more firefighting, more decisions made on instinct instead of real numbers. We fix that without adding headcount or ripping out what already works.

Who We Work With

Built for the People Who Run the Business

Every engagement has a named executive sponsor. This is usually what we're solving for, by role.

Founders & Managing Directors

Growth, control, and knowing the business doesn't depend on you being in every room.

CEOs

How fast you can execute, how well the organization scales, and seeing problems before they become the quarter's excuse.

COOs & General Managers

Throughput, standardization, and getting ahead of the delays and errors that quietly eat a week before anyone flags them.

CFOs & Finance Directors

Working capital, cost leakage, and reporting you can trust without three people reconciling it first.

Services

A different kind of technology partner

We start every engagement with a paid audit, then reach for what already works: existing tools, the systems you already have, automation where it helps, and custom code only when nothing else will do.

Business & Technology Audit

Where every engagement starts. We dig into your processes, systems, data, and risks before we recommend a single thing.

You get...
  • Current-state process & systems map
  • Prioritized opportunity register
  • 90-day action plan
  • 12-month transformation roadmap

Technology Strategy & Roadmap

We turn your priorities into an ordered plan: what to buy, integrate, retire, or build, and what order to do it in.

Software Selection & Integration

We help you pick the right ERP, CRM, inventory, and reporting tools, then connect them so data stops living in spreadsheets and group chats.

Automation, Data & Dashboards

Once a process is clear, we automate the approvals and reporting around it, and turn static reports into dashboards you can watch in real time.

Ongoing Technology Partnership

Once the audit and quick wins are done, we can stay on as your outside technology lead: managing the roadmap, coordinating vendors, and checking in every month.

Measurement

How We Measure Success

Success measures are agreed before implementation begins, then tracked against a baseline. We don't assert them after the fact.

OutcomeExample measures
Revenue growthLead response time, quotation turnaround, conversion rate, repeat orders, channel sales
Cost reductionHours saved, errors avoided, license cost removed, rework reduced, support cost reduced
SpeedOrder cycle time, approval time, reporting time, dispatch time, issue-resolution time
CapacityTransactions per employee, orders per shift, customers served per team, reporting frequency
Inventory / working capitalStock accuracy, slow-moving stock, stock-outs, reconciliation time, inventory days
ControlAudit exceptions, access violations, undocumented processes, data completeness, backup success
AdoptionActive users, process compliance, training completion, feature utilization
ReliabilityAvailability, failed integrations, recovery time, support incidents

Case study

Diagnose the bottleneck, connect the systems

An example of the decision hierarchy in practice: eliminate, simplify, use, configure, integrate, automate, and build only as a last resort.

3M SKUs · Shopify + Laravel + MongoDB

Problem

A large retail business ran a Shopify catalogue of roughly three million SKUs across multiple stores and warehouses. Inventory changes came from a separate Microsoft-based system, and pushing those updates into Shopify took close to ten hours, so the online store was almost always a little behind the warehouse.

Challenges

Shopify's APIs allow only a limited set of operations, each capped by strict rate limits, which made it easy for a batch this large to stall, time out, or silently drop records partway through.

Solution

We built a custom Laravel portal with an optimized database layer and tuned Shopify queries, pulling every quantity change from the third-party system and pushing it through automatically, with full visibility into what ran, what failed, and why.

What guides every engagement

Technopers does not ask, “What can we build?” first. It asks, “What business result are we trying to create, and what is the simplest reliable way to create it?”

Diagnose

We ask questions first

We start with a paid audit of your processes, systems, and data. No sales pitch before that.

Use

We don't reinvent the wheel

If proven paid or open-source software can solve the problem, we'll use and connect it before we write anything custom.

You own it

Data, accounts & code

Domains, cloud accounts, subscriptions, and repositories stay in your name. We only get the access we need to do the work.

Why Technopers

Why leadership teams work with us

A freelancer waits for you to hand over a spec. An agency makes more money the more it builds for you. We'd rather figure out what's actually broken first, then stick around after launch to make sure the fix holds up.
